Tesla Opens Model 3 Orders for Hong Kong, Australia, Ireland & More

Tesla has announced that it has opened orders for its Model 3 electric vehicle in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Ireland and Macau. Reservations for the Tesla Model 3 originally opened back in 2016 and, in some cases, customers in the U.S. were left without further payment notice up to mid-2018.
In countries such as Australia, prospective Tesla Model 3 owners have been waiting since 2016 to be able to order their car. Now, the people of New Zealand and Australia can expect a Model 3 on their driveways by August 2019 if they order one now, with those in Ireland getting the car as soon as July. Hong Kong, Macau and Japan orders will be delivered sometime in the third quarter of 2019 and prices for the Tesla Model 3 will vary from region to region, as per usual.
Telsa also revealed the pricing for its China-made Model 3 line. Most of the EVs are produced in the U.S., however, to upscale production the Tesla will be made in China and will cost $47,529 USD. Tesla has opened orders for its China-made variant and has said the cars will be delivered in six to 10 months’ time.
In case you missed it, Elon Musk has reportedly told Tesla employees that the company will run out of money in just 10 months.

We *do not* want to alarm anyone, but Model 3 is now available to order in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Ireland and Macau at https://t.co/8uVlhvzpu5.
