JuniorChef Recruits Young Coco for Hard-Hitting Trap Cut “Tsugi”


html,body{height:100%}In 2015, Korean-based producer JuniorChef started the Asian trap phenomenon through releasing “It G Ma” alongside rapper Keith Ape, enlisting a powerful line up of some of the East’s most prominent MC’s including KOHH, Loota, JayAllDay, and Okasian. In 2019, JuniorChef is still pumping out some of Asia’s hottest hip-hop sounds, aptly paving his own lane in the rapidly rising international music industry via bolstering his own direction. After working alongside Jay Park, Dok2, BewhY, Dumbfoundead, J$tash, Marshmello, Diplo, and more, the chef of Korean trap has united once against with a fast-rising rapper out of Japan, Young Coco, for his latest track “Tsugi.”
Filled with booming 808s, “Tsugi” is the Romanized version of the Japanese symbol “次” aptly channeling both artist’s aspiration to become the next big thing in the rapidly expanding and democratizing global pop-culture market. Young Coco remains a newcomer to the recent emergence of Japanese street culture, especially hip-hop, graciously offering up his hard-hitting flow over JuniorChef’s brawling trap instrumental.
