Fujifilm’s $10,000 USD GFX 100 Camera Is Dropping Next Month

After first unveiling its GFX 100 model at Photokina 2018, Fujifilm has revealed official imagery and release information for the $10,000 USD camera. Arguably the stand-out feature of the GFX 100 is its 102-megapixel resolution, higher than any other mirrorless or medium-format mirrorless camera.
Other specs include back-side illumination for the sensor, allowing you to increase the ISO and take clean pictures in low light, as well as full-coverage phase-detect autofocus, subject tracking and face/eye detection. Due to that system, the GFX 100 can shoot up to 210 percent faster than its predecessor, the GFX 50R. Additionally, the new model comes with in-body stabilization, 30 fps 4k video with 4:2:2 10-bit recording and a tilting rear touch display.
Take a look an up-close look at Fujifilm’s GFX 100 camera in the gallery above. The 102-megapixel camera is set to release on June 27, and will be priced at $10,000 USD without a lens.
